Maintaining indepedence

In this case, we will consider one particular problem that is a consequence of the many normal and abnormal changes that occur in later life. Older adults, as others, usually want to be able to take care of their own personal care. They want to be able to dress independently (as well as take care of other activities like bathing, grooming, eating, and so on).

One limiting factor in ability to dress independently is difficulty accessing clothing that is stored in closets or bureaus.
