There was little indication in Mrs. Jackson's discussion about issues particularly cultural in nature. In working with her, these would be issues to explore, particularly if, for example, Mrs. Jackson prefers traditional foods but needs to be cautious about use of salt or fat. It would also be important to explore her feelings about attendance at church if at some point it becomes more difficult for her to go to services.
