Family concerns

At present, Mrs. Jackson enjoys support from her niece and her cousins. Their ages are not known, but given Mrs. Jackson's age, it is possible that these family members are themselves quite elderly. If so, or if they must move for work or family reasons, she could become isolated from family interaction. She clearly relies on family for both instrumental and emotional support, so this should be carefully monitored. This aspect of her well-being would typically be in the domain of OT.
