IN HAUSA CULTURE


The following topic outline (and associated reading assignments) will be covered in the period between February 9 and March 5, 2004.

In this part of the course you will be reading selections from the electronic reserve, including pages from the book by Christian Lund, Law, power and Politics in Niger: Land Struggles and the Rural Code, Hamburg Germany: LIT VERLAG, distributed by Transaction Books,  1998.
