(Burlington, VT).  Responsible for the management, budget and personnel of two contracts with total budget of $3.5 million.  Managed three permanent staff and over ninety part-time consultants over a 2 2 year period.  Responsible for work plans, budgets, Scopes of References, and Reports.

1994- 1998   Chair, Department of Political Science.  Responsible for budgeting, personnel program development for a Department of 12 members with two major programs.
