In addition, it provides you the opportunity to critically evaluate your own work. The form builds from basic criteria to more important ones. You should feel free to write narrative comments for each criterion as well as general comments about your perspective of your work.
Your comments are required because i want you to think about and evaluate your own work as fairly and honestly as you can.
