You need to first create a WebCT account. You do that by

a. Going to http://webct.csuohio.edu/
b. Clicking on Create your "My WebCT ID" and following the instructions to create your account. It is critical that you remember the name you assign to yourself (thus it is best to use your e-mail name) and your password (go simple - birthday month/day/year/last 2 digits of your zipcode is fairly standard at CSU as a password -- if you live near CSU and were born on July 11, 1985 your password would be 07118515.

2. I created my account but i still can not access my grades.

So far, all you have done is create a WebCT account.
The next step is to add the course you are taking. From your account page:

Click on "Add a course"
Click on History
Click on the correct course - THIS IS IMPORTANT. Be sure that you select the correct course for the correct term.
You will be asked to enter a USERID and Password.
These are not the same ones you used to create your account. I have created your USERID and Password for this course. >these are your CSU ID number - use that number for both.

3. I have created my account (or I already have a WebCT account) but am unable to add this course.

There are two possible explanations.

You are trying to add the wrong course. Check again to be sure.

If that is not the problem then you are probably trying to enter your WebCT account name and password. You must use your student ID Number for both your UserID and Password. That number is seven digits long and probably begins with a '2'.

4. After all this effort, I am still encountering a problem, and need help.
