ROBERT JOHN McCRACKEN  was born June 3, 1890, in Bayard, Nebraska, the son or ROBERT JOHN and BRIDGET RODDEN McCRACKEN.  He died September 18, 1951, in Bayard, Nebraska, and is buried there. He married LAURA MAE SNYDER April 3, 1917, in Lincoln, Nebraska.  She was born December 14, 1897, in Oakwood, Oklahoma, the daughter of HARRY SNYDER and MARY EDNA HIILLMAN.  She December 6, 1973, in Bayard, Nebraska, and is buried there.  They moved to the Bridgeport-Bayard area in the 1920s.  For many years he bought and sold horses and cattle as well as farmed.

EDNA ROBERTA McCRACKEN. Born March 3, 1921, in Bayard, Morrill County, Nebraska. Died March 7, 1998, Caldwell, Idaho.  Married LAURENCE J. JEFFRES Oct. 12, 1940.

EVELYN FERN McCRACKEN. Born January 24, 1924, in Bridgeport, Nebraska.  Married NORBERT TILLY Jan. 17, 1946. She died in 2001.

ELVA DORAINE McCRACKEN. Born May 21, 1926, at Bridgeport, Nebraska. Died March 7, 1989, Yuma, Arizona. Married ROBERT HEIMBUCK May 21 in Bridgeport, Nebraska.  He was born Sept. 10, 1923, in Bayard, Nebraska, the son of PETE HEIMBUCK (1887-1944) and MOLLIE HEIMBUCK (1892-1962). She was employed for 31 years with the Civil Service before retiring in 1984.

ELAINE VIOLET McCRACKEN. Born March 28, 1929, in Bridgeport, Nebraska. Married LOUIS VERLE NELSON on July 12, 1952, in Reno, Nevada.  He was born Sept. 24, 1922, in Broadwater, Nebraska.

ELIZABETH JEAN McCRACKEN. Born February 1, 1931, in Bridgeport, Nebraska. Married WELLS F. ANDREWS.

BABY MCCRACKEN. Born October, 1934. Died October, 1934.

ETHEL JOYCE McCRACKEN. Born October 13, 1935, in Bridgeport, Nebraska. Married DONALD J. HIGGINS, May 26, 1955.
