There are only four; these missing intertitle translations are:

"Il etait une fois. . . " = "Once upon a time. . . "
"Huit ans apres." = "Eight years later."
"Vers trois heures du matin." = "Around three in the morning."
"'U printemps. . . " = "In spring. . . "
