Heidi and Lee had to wait until Christmas Day afternoon for other family members to arrive -- Jon and Julia from Cincinnatti, Evan and Sarah from Trotwood (Alissa, Ted and Sean were in Boston with Ted's family) -- but managed to survive Christmas Eve on our own with the Plymouth Pageant, a take-out gourmet feast and the late night Candlelight Service. We rescheduled our usual Christmas Eve meal for Christmas Day, followed by the reading of the Christmas Story and opening presents, in order to accomodate the late arrivals. Our Christmas Dinner appeared December 26th with the remainder of the evening spent with the Stewarts playing games, snacking and talking up a storm -- just like the one which brought our first substantial snow of the season Christmas Eve.
