The following assignments have been devised in hopes that students will compile different ideas into a well-thought out written assignment that exhibits their ability to think and write analytically and comparatively. There is no due date attached to any of the assignments because you will know the time frame needed for your students to complete each assignment. It is possible for each assignment to replace an in-class activity if time is an issue. Use your own judgment as to the time and necessity of each assignment.
