LogicCoach 9 is an
innovative logic workbook and tutor. It
supports most of the exercises from Patrick Hurley's A Concise Introduction
to Logic, 9th edition (
The program follows generally accepted interface standards for PCs. The various pages have a consistent menu structure that is self-explanatory. Learn to use one and (except for special features required by an exercise) the others work the same way.
Keep in mind: The working pages have a sandstone background. A yellow background indicates a field that you cannot change. A white background indicates a field that can be changed or selected. A field may be selected by clicking on it, or, if it has a cursor, by typing in it. Most fields that can be changed by clicking also have a menu listing the variety of choices. It can be displayed in one of two ways. Many will appear if the field is clicked on with the RIGHT mouse button. Others have an adjacent down arrow. Click on it to show the menu. Clicking on a menu selects that item for the white field.
