It was this group&#8217;s task to identify economic trends in the area including but not limited to major employers, commuting characteristics, income, and more. She has played a key role in managing finances, coordinating fundraising efforts, and supporting Trinity Church&#8217;s organizational growth. For this project, she combined strong technical skills with research for the real estate development team and assisted with community engagement. She is actively involved in veteran advocacy and local service initiatives, reflecting her commitment to making a meaningful impact in her community. Mabra<\/strong> is a Master of Public Administration candidate in her final semester at Cleveland State University. She currently serves as a Financial Specialist in the Admissions and Financial Clearance Department at the Metrohealth Medical System.&nbsp;Her contributions to this project as a member of the Real Estate Development team include the collection and analysis of demographic data, as well as the market and site suitability analyses.&nbsp;She is an avid reader who enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Christopher Oley<\/strong>, also known as CJ, is a Master of Public Administration student in his final semester at CSU. He currently works for Stark Enterprises and is pursuing a real estate salesperson license in addition to his studies at CSU. Christopher has an interest city management, economic development, and real estate development, and hopes to work on behalf of the public following his internship experience at the City of Cleveland&#8217;s Department of Economic Development. She currently works in local government and is passionate about community engagement, equitable development, and plans. As a part of Real Estate Development, she analyzed demographic data, reviewed the City&#8217;s market analysis, and analyzing building footprints to inform potential development on the site. A fun fact about Fallon is that she loves to unwind by crocheting and binge watch her favorite show.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CJ Turner<\/strong> is a Master of Urban Planning and Development (MUPD) student graduating in Spring 2026. He earned his BA in Sociology from Kent State in May 2019. His professional career working in the nonprofit sector landed him at Towards Employment as a Facilitator helping individuals who have been justice-impacted with career advancement skills. CJ&#8217;s interests in planning and this project are workforce development, public\/third-spaces, and localized economies.
