General FAQs – 2e Leadership Summit

1. What are the dates and location of the Summit?
The Summit runs October 8–10, 2025 at Cleveland State University, with sessions in Mather Mansion and Julka Hall.

2. Who should attend?
Education leaders, researchers, teachers, policy makers, and anyone interested in supporting twice-exceptional learners.

3. How do I register?
Registration can be completed online. Early Bird rates end September 15. See the Registration page for fee details.

4. What’s included in my registration fee?
Meals and refreshments during the event, access to all sessions for your registration type, and conference materials.

5. Is there a discounted rate?
Yes, there are reduced rates for CEC-TAG members, students, and CSU employees.

6. Where do I check in?
Check-in tables will be located in Mather Mansion each morning of the event.

7. What is the dress code?
Business casual is recommended. Comfortable shoes are encouraged, as you may move between rooms.

8. Will there be networking opportunities?
Yes—structured networking happens throughout, including worksheet activities, speed networking, social events, and meals.

9. Are meals included?
Yes—lunch is included for in-person attendees each day, There may be some evening activities scheduled, but those will be at your own cost.

10. What is the daily schedule like?
Expect keynote sessions, panels, and working groups in the mornings and afternoons, with networking and social activities in the evenings.

11. Can I attend virtually?
No. The 2025 Leadership Summit is designed to foster sharing and problem-identification/ solving in a collaborative format face-to-face.

12. Will sessions be recorded?
No—sessions are designed for live participation to encourage open discussion.

13. Where can I park?
Visitor parking is available on campus; see CSU’s parking website for rates and locations.

14. Are there accommodations for disabilities?
Yes—please indicate any needs on your registration form so we can make arrangements.

15. How can I sponsor or exhibit at the Summit?
Contact the organizing committee for details on sponsorship, advertising, or exhibiting.
