At the Human-Technology Interaction Lab (HTI Lab), we focus on humanizing technology by putting humans at the center of the interaction. Our research seeks to understand the limitations of human-technology interactions, ensuring that technological advancements are designed to enhance, rather than hinder, human capabilities. Our work focuses on cognitive workload as we explore how humans process, adapt to, and manage interactions with intelligent systems. By studying human factors, we aim to create adaptive, intuitive, and human-centered solutions that optimize collaboration between people and machines.
