The 5mm Broadband Observe with gradients probe is most often used in this instrument, allowing direct observation <u>of <\/u><strong><u><sup>1<\/sup>H, <sup>13<\/sup>C, <sup>31<\/sup>P and <sup>19<\/sup>F with a single probe.<\/u>&nbsp;<\/strong> The system has Z-axis gradients and is capable of running Variable Temperature experiments.
