Dynamics and Control
The cutting edge research in rotordyanmics originates from the control of flexible structures. All control problems require a thorough understanding of the dynamics of the systems involved. This is especially intensive for flexible structures such as most modern rotors. Therefore RoMaDyC has developed a knowledge base in the areas of dynamics and controls.
Rotordynamics is a special case of dynamics which is more involved than the general case. Because of this, RoMaDyC has capabilities to conduct research in all areas of dynamics and control.
